We are passionately committed to recruiting and helping to train and develop young people. Our apprentices are actively encouraged and mentored by our mature and highly experience professionals in order to develop and pass on skills within the pipeline industry.
Daniel, our CNC Machinist Apprentice is working towards achieving NVQ Extended Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Level 3 (CNC Machining) qualifications. We are extremely pleased that Daniel decided to work alongside his father, John, who is a longstanding employee of iNPIPE PRODUCTS™ and emphasises that engineering is still a popular career path in North Yorkshire.
Owen is in an engineering role working towards achieving HNC in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Owen now works along side his uncle Chris Appleton in the engineering department, although both are currently working remotely in line with Government COVID guidelines.
In addition to apprenticeships, we are proud to support various training and work experience initiatives with our local schools and we regularly host, train and develop work placement students.
iNPIPE PRODUCTS™ exports 80-90% of annual turnover worldwide and is recognised as an international expert in designing pipeline cleaning tools, pipeline isolation and maintenance services around the globe. Our innovative engineering solutions are often copied but never bettered.
We look forward to supporting our apprentices throughout 2021 and welcoming new talent to be developed, mentored and nurtured in the years beyond!
