Camera systems can be integrated into mandrel-bodied or foam pigs, enabling inspection of both new and existing pipelines.
High-definition video capture with integrated LED lighting provides clear visual assessment of pipeline condition, allowing identification of debris accumulation, physical damage and joint condition during a pigging run.
When combined with optional gyroscope and GPS tracking, inspection footage can be accurately located, enabling detailed assessment over extended pipeline distances. This supports validation of cleaning effectiveness, inspection of remedial work and maintenance planning.
