At iNPIPE PRODUCTS™, our pig testing facilities and services are designed to enhance and innovate our pig designs. We also assist ILI vendors in verifying the performance of their ILI tools.

Recently, iNPIPE PRODUCTS™ successfully completed an ILI tool verification for a Norwegian client. This project involved running a 20″x 18″ ILI tool through a test rig that replicated the client’s pipeline system, scaled down in length. The tool was tested at a flow rate of 500 cubic meters per hour, equivalent to 1 meter per second.

Our rigorous testing process included multiple runs, providing the client with valuable data and insights before deploying the ILI tool offshore. This thorough verification ensures optimal performance and reliability in real-world conditions.
