iNPIPE PRODUCTS™  is headquartered in North Yorkshire, England, UK, on a 6-acre site incorporating a purpose-designed 60,000 ft² engineering and manufacturing facility with extensive in-house testing capabilities.

Design & Manufacture

With extensive in-house design, manufacture and testing capabilities, iNPIPE PRODUCTS™ works closely with customers to understand their pipeline, project and operational requirements and develop bespoke solutions to suit the application.

Our purpose-designed 60,000 ft² facility brings engineering and manufacturing together on one site, supporting projects from initial design and development through to manufacture, assembly and testing.

Facilities include CNC machining, polyurethane moulding and polyurethane foam moulding, providing close control over quality, manufacture and project delivery while enabling both standard and bespoke equipment to be produced in-house.

Testing Facilities

Our dedicated 6-acre test facility provides extensive capability for the testing and validation of pipeline pigs, pigging equipment and bespoke engineered solutions.

The facility provides full-scale proof-of-concept and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for pigging products and solutions from 6″ through to 90″. Testing can include client-witnessed FAT procedures and independent third-party inspection, with validation undertaken through internationally recognised inspection authorities where required.

Aberdeen Service Centre

Our 8,700 ft² Aberdeen Service Centre provides engineering support, pigging services and equipment hire for projects in the UK and worldwide.

Located in the heart of the UK’s oil and gas sector, the fully equipped facility supports pigging assessment, pig fleet management, trials, refurbishment, maintenance and spares provision. Dedicated hydrotesting capability is also available to support equipment preparation and project requirements.

The centre maintains a comprehensive range of pipeline isolation, weld-testing, pig tracking and associated equipment for hire, with rapid turnaround and global mobilisation support where required.

In addition to service and hire activities, the Aberdeen team supports the delivery of engineered solutions and SMART Pigging technologies, providing technical and operational support across a wide range of pipeline applications.

Our team coordinates packing, export documentation, freight and customs requirements to support the efficient delivery of equipment to customer sites worldwide.
